All dishes are made fresh to order — nothing is pre-cooked.
We source premium, seasonal ingredients and prepare everything in-house, including sauces, dips, marinades, and condiments.
We do not use artificial colours, additives, or preservatives unless specified for a particular product (like natural food colour in cakes).
Hygiene & Safety Standards
Our kitchen operations follow FSSAI guidelines, ensuring safe food handling, sanitisation, and temperature control.
Staff wear gloves, head covers, and aprons at all times while working.
All surfaces and equipment are sanitised before and after every batch of preparation.
Ordering, Lead Time & Deliveries
Small orders (under 10 pax): Minimum 24 hours’ notice
Mid-size events (10–50 pax): Minimum 48 hours’ notice
Large events (50–250+ pax): Minimum 3–7 days’ notice depending on scale
Deliveries are managed personally or via trusted logistics partners to ensure punctuality and food safety.
